Best tab for under $100. The Allwinner A10 is a very capable processor and with Mail 400 its an awesome gaming tablet. The Capacitive touch screen is very responsive. Runs ICS very well.

My model is labelled iMio on the device and box. No website and not web search could find the manufacturer. However after digging around on Slatedroid and trying several Android 4.0 ICS roms I finally found out that it is actually a Crownho Q701. Using Livesuit and the Crownho Q701 Android 4.0.3 firmware works perfectly. All other roms I tried for tablets that looked like this one (Yeahpad IN7, HiPad10, and Moonse m713) all registered the desktop off centre but the touch screen was not so you had to tap about a half inch to the left of all buttons to register. So be sure when you go to update to ICS that you use the firmware for the Crownho Q701.

Also using the Free Allwinner Mod app from the Google Play app store you can trick the tablet into being a Xoom or Samsung Galaxy SII.
Ditch the stock browser and use Opera Mobile and it works with Flash 11 and is a much more stable and quick web browsing experience.

Also side loading apps is a breeze

First off, let me get the bad out of the way. This was not the sellers fault but when I ordered the product it said “order in the next hour and recieve it on satureday” which would have been 24 hours later. But the option to do so was not there when I went to check out. I probably just didin’t know what I was doing.

Anyway, the product came standard shipping, which I didn’t pick but that’s ok. As far as this goes, do NOT order this product standard shipping through the USPS. My product sat in one city for 3 DAYS. It ended up taking 8 days to get this. It was supposed to be here on June 9. It didn’t get here till June 10. So save yourself the hassle and pay the extra for faster service. I thought I had.

The product itself is wonderful. It feels good in the hands, does not feel cheaply made even though it is a plastic frame. The allwinner a10 chip is apparently next generation for lower end tablets and the graphix system is very very nice. It plays any game you can throw at it with no lag that I have noticed.
It has an extremely nice picture for movies. It hooked right up to my wifi BUT, it is not connecting to the internet even though I have a strong signal to my router. So if someone could offer suggestions to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.

The plastic is a little loose in one little spot of the frame and if I flip it over too quick, I can feel something shift slightly inside. I feel sure that this happened during the 8 days of shipping, however, and is not a default of the original product.

Bottom line, as long as you don’t order through USPS, you can’t go wrong with this tablet if you are looking for a great little gamer, vid player, etc., that is inexpensive. This will also run usb flash drives, usb external hard drives, etc, making the storage expansion much greater than the advertised 32 gb with micro sd.

This is my first tablet and android product. I fired it up right out of the box. I had to update a couple of things but was prompted to do so. Once it was connected to my wifi and the internet I was able to get some apps. Everything I downloaded worked great. Purchased a 16G micro SD card with adapter, put files on it from my pc. They were easy to find.

I think this thing is great for a novice user or even an advanced user. I put ereader apps on here,downloaded a couple of books, they work great. If there are issues with this tablet. I don’t know what they are. Maybe advanced users would find an issue with this thing, but I have not. It is exactly what I expected to get, maybe a little bit more.

If you are looking for an inexpensive tablet of good quality, this is for you. I was also able to get local express delivery on this item, as I live in Indianapolis. I got it the same day I ordered it for about .40 cents more than standard mail cost.

I bought this tablet with a purpose to pipe any online video to my hd tv through the HDMI, and it has been doing the job for last six month without any major problem. Had to restart the device occasionally as the wireless internet connection hung. Had replaced the built in video player with MX player from google apps store which is automatically playing next video file — very nice.It had no trouble to play files with all kinds of extension (.MOV, .VOB, .MKV,.MP4, .AVI, DIVX/XVID coded files, etc) from my 2TB USB hard drive through the MX player. Installed a couple of Application including Angry Bird which ran flawlessly in this tablet. Battery life was great, in my case it lasted over 5 hours of video. However it runs little hot while being used for long time as a video player (I guess that is true for any stand alone video players). The Screen was also very smooth and touch functionality works great most of the time. I would recommend this device to a friend, to me investing half a thousand dollars on ipad to just watching videos and browsing and couple of games is not worth at all, I would rather spend only one fifth of it on this purpose by buying a gadget like this one. It also did an excellent job to keep my nephew quite and continuously entertained by showing him his favorite videos while we took a long trip.
