I’d gotten my husband an 8 inch Archos before the turbo came out, and other than the GPS not USING the satellites it found, he loved it. It had come with Honeycomb, and he was able to upgrade to ICS, and the Archos company offered support.
So when I decided to get a new tablet, I saw the faster better 10 inch and I’ve not regretted it.
I upgraded to the latest 4.3 only to find that now flash doesn’t work because Adobe doesn’t support past 4.0. However, that can’t be blamed on the tablet hardware or the manufacturer. That’s all Adobe’s fault. (Insert whine here)
It’s responsive, rarely locks up, and the 10 inch screen lets me zoom to text I can read more easily (old eyes) without having to resort to 3 words a line.
I didn’t like that they named it almost the exact same thing as the old one, since it made finding and comparing prices a little more irritating, but that’s one of those minor little shopping things.
