Fantastic.
I had misplaced my original power source so I just wanted to get something cheap & reasonable just in case my original plug turned up. Works well with my 1TB WD Hard Drive. I just wish it was a little longer, but other than that, it does it’s job.
Works with my Seagate Freeagent Extreme
After my power adaptor for my external hard drive, a 500GB Seagate Freeagent Extreme was damaged, I went online for a replacement adaptor. I could not find a site selling the original adaptor that came with the drive, but this adaptor is a perfect replacement.

Got this because I lost my original power supply for for Western Digital external drive when I moved to a new house. This power supply works fine. No issues.

Works great, sturdy construction. Would highly recommend. ordered a external HD from New Egg shipped with a european power connector, dont know what that was about, new egg sent rma instead of a new cord, needed the drive for storing images of hd’s for ghosting arrived on time and in working order. Better than Original
I took a chance with seller on this one, and was glad I did because needed this ASAP since I back up my entire company on external had drives. I got this faster than expected and the product is in better condition than the original adapter. Worth the money and the wait.
Power supply for Seagate FreeAgent HD
I am thankful I could locate this replacement drive through Amazon. Seagate, like a few other manufacturers, offers no support for a failed power supply, leaving the user to luck in a search for a replacement.
The replacement P/S is working as well if not better than the original. The cost was very reasonable too.
best value for money
I got this for my Linksys EA4500 router. I visited several brick and mortar stores only to found out that they are twice as expensive and they don’t match the specs exactly. I finally decided to buy it on amazon and I am happy with the quality of the product.
Exactly as described
I am glad I read through reviews before buying, because I was almost mislead into buying a power supply that the reviews stated wouldn’t fit for my WD external HD. I’m glad that I found this, as it fits and works. If your plug breaks and you need a new one, this is the one that will fit.
Exactly what I needed
This was exactly what I needed to replace an old adapter. The previous adapters wires became worn and caused the hard drive not to receive the power supply it needed. (This is why only 4 stars) So far, so good with the new one though.
