Installation
For the best results, follow these simple steps to install your new Tech Armor screen protector. More helpful tips are available at www.techarmor.com/info/help.
1. Wash and dry your hands and clean your device screen with the polishing cloth
2. Peel back half of "Tab 1" protective layer to expose adhesive
3. Align the screen protector to the bottom edge of the Kindle Fire HD screen
4. Slowly apply the screen protector to the surface of the screen while smoothing out bubbles as you go with the squeegee.
5. Lift up a small portion of "Tab 2". Then place your finger on screen protector below and slowly remove the protective layer then discard
6. Cover the squeegee with polishing cloth and smooth out the remaining bubbles. For best results, start from the center and push bubbles out towards the edges of the screen
Note: Tab 1 & 2 Stickers are attached to a protective layer to prevent scratches to the screen protector during installation. Please discard these layers after you have removed them.

Great protection value for the price

I was going to order the more expensive screen protectors when I first ran across the Tech Armor HD. I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot. I’m glad I did. This kit came with everything I need to install and went on very easy. I ended up pulling off the first one due to trapped dirt/air but that was my fault, not the screen protector. The fit for the Kindle Fire HD is perfect and based on my stress testing of the first discarded one it will be very well protected. I am glad I bought this brand and not one of the more expensive ones. Thanks for protecting my new favorite toy!

Perfect application first time

OK, I admit I have some good experience applying screen protectors to iPads and other smart phones (Blackberry and iPhone’s), so this is not the first time I have applied one of these. But it was still relatively easy to install correctly on the first try. The instructions were right on. Definitely smooth out the bubbles before removing the 2nd tab. I thought the “bubble smoother” that’s included is a little small, so I used a credit card. My only concern came when I finished pushing the bubbles out and the screen protector look all scratched up. But I forgot there was the 2nd tab and once I pulled that and the remaining cover off, it looked excellent. It lines up and completely covers the entire surface. Highly recommended.

I bought this screen protector because it was a less expensive alternative to other brands I had tried on my first gen Kindle Fire, which I think are a little too thick. This is a great product. It’s thin and light enough to adhere easily to the screen of the Kindle Fire HD without leaving bubbles, yet stiff enough to be able to apply without a lot of handling so you don’t end up getting fingerprints all over it. It’s a good fit for the screen and when it’s on the device it’s invisible enough that it doesn’t get in the way of functionality or take anything away from the high def screen. I would order this again, but I probably won’t need to because they’re well made and there are 3 of them in the package. Highly recommended.

It does its job

Application was a bit tricky, but the good thing is that you do receive more than one sheet in the package. If you really mess up the first time, you have back-up. Once I got mine applied properly, the surface was a little tacky feeling–my finger did not slide easily. But after several days of use and repeated polishing with a soft cloth, the protective shield works fine. No glare issues and no diminishing of the HD capabilities of the Fire HD 7inch.

This was the easiest protector I’ve put on! There were bubbles as I put it on so I used the package it came in to smooth as I laid it on. The few bubbles that remained easily came.out with the card provided. Picture still seems clear and HD to me. My only complaint is that the stylus doesn’t run smoothly across it. It shows very little fingerprints.

When I bought my Kindle Fire HD at best buy and the sales guys suggested screen protectors I was shocked to see a sticker price of $24. Needless to say I passed and bought these, the quality is great and they were easy to use. I see no difference between these and the higher priced ones. Also they got here fast.

The product is as advertised and great to say the least. The delivery once again was on time. And the installation of the product so easy I now believe my 6 year niece can put it on. I read the instructions and thought it would be difficult because I always have problems with putting on protective screens. But this one gave me no issues and with the exception of a cipule of bubbles on the edges, the rest is perfectly even. And I have two extra ones for when I need them.
