The complete collection of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes tales, both long and short, compiled together for the first time by Simon & Schuster for free!
This fantastic collection is accompanied by an exciting new introduction from Robert Ryan, a writer whose own book, Dead Man's Land, has been fully endorsed by the Conan Doyle Estate. A big Holmes fan himself, he will undoubtedly provide a fascinating new look at the detective and his bizarre ability to read both people and objects, in order to discover who dunnit.

Nice Collection, Professionally Formatted, and You Can’t Beat the Pricing
December 14, 2012
By Michael Gallagher
The Sherlock Holmes books are definitely classics, and this compilation of all of Doyle’s works is certainly a lot better than purchasing one of the homemade compilations here on Amazon or purchasing each of the titles individually. These stories, while the language and dry humor of the times is certainly not what it is in the modern world, are skillfully done and I’ve enjoyed reading them for most of my life. With the professional Kindle formatting, I think this is the compilation to get.
I picked this up for free during a Kindle promotion – while the free pricing is outstanding, I would have certainly paid a few bucks to have all of Doyle’s works in one place and formatted properly for the Kindle.
A Great Compendium

Let’s be honest. Most of these works were already available on Amazon for free. I think I was able to find the complete collection about a year ago by only spending a dollar total. However, this collection puts it all together in a convenient, single purchase. The order of the stories is not chronological, though. It begins with the four novels in chronological order, then provides the short stories in chronological order. This isn’t a complain; it’s just something to keep in mind. If you’ve ever read a Sherlock Holmes story, you’ll be able to find it again here. With zero price tag on it, there’s really not a reason to skip picking this up.
Excellent Collection

If you are a fan of Sherlock Holmes then this collection is for you. I got this when it was free and it may still be. The forward by Robert Ryan discusses his interest and his soon to be released Dr. Watson book “Dead Mans Land”. I will be checking that out in January!
Marvelous New Kindle Version Of All The Master’s Mysteries
December 14, 2012
By Rick L. Parrish
There have been other kindle versions but brush them aside. This is the definitive kindle Holmes experience. Every word ever written lies here in. You won’t be disappointed with this collection and the introduction by Robert Ryan tells you how lovingly this collection was gathered and presented to the ebook readership. I highly recommend.
Priceless Collection…

Sherlock Holmes engages the reader’s mind so well and makes one absorb himself into the story. I am hooked! I can’t put my Kindle down. There’s never a dull topic in the book!
Awesome

Took 3 weeks, but I finally finished and am the wiser for it! What fun it was to try to deduce each outcome before (or at least at the same time) SH does.
A great read!
Such complex intrigue, yet such an easy read.

I much prefer books written decades ago which rely on good ideas and good writing than a lot of the more "modern" offerings which rely on vulgarity, blatant violence and graphic sex scenes. The language is so descriptive and elegant; the plots are so interesting. Good for everyone of all ages.
